Note from Editor in Chief
Since 2010 the Journal of Educational Leadership in Action, commonly referred to as ELA, strived to publish peer reviewed manuscripts our readers would find interesting and reflect the current scholarship.
At the time of this writing, ELA manuscripts have been downloaded 120,144 times, across 4,749 institutions from198 countries/regions reflecting a strong global audience.
As the originator and Editor in Chief I am extremely proud of ELA, but as in all things, the journal in its current state will now end and no longer accept or publish manuscripts moving forward.
If you currently have a manuscript under review or accepted for a future issue beyond our final publication Spring 2026 your work will unfortunately not be published, you are free to submit elsewhere.
My thanks to those of you who submitted manuscripts; I wish you all the best in the days ahead.
