Journal of Educational Leadership in Action
Volume 9, Issue 3 (2025)
Welcome to the latest issue of The Journal of Educational Leadership in Action which presents nine scholarly articles examining critical dimensions of contemporary educational leadership across diverse contexts. The collection addresses leadership identity development in higher education administration, sociological resilience for equity advancement, rural principals' perceptions of artificial intelligence, fostering belonging through student art initiatives, comparative analyses of traditional versus modern grading practices, achievement gaps among Hispanic and English language learner students in Texas schools, culturally responsive leadership among novice principals, and teachers' sustained use of educational technology in the post-pandemic era. Together, these contributions reflect the complex challenges facing today's educational leaders while offering evidence-based insights to inform more effective, equitable, and innovative leadership practices. We invite readers to engage with these timely investigations and consider their implications for leadership across PK-12 and higher education settings.
