Welcome to the spring 2019 issue of the Journal of Educational Leadership in Action (ELA). This issue of the journal highlights a variety of issues on perspectives in leadership including the educational experiences of indigenous learners, international students’ adjustment in graduate studies, perceptions of effective theatre teachers, counselors’ perceptions of the evaluation process, the Four Frames Approach as a leadership model, relationship of transformational and transactional leadership practices, perceptions of administrators on professional development, and review of the Ethics of Care theory.
