Abstract
OLYMPIC-STYLE LIFTS OFFER A NUMBER OF BENEFITS INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO INCREASE POWER AND ENHANCE NEUROMUSCULAR COORDINATION. THE UNILATERAL DUMBBELL CLEAN AND JERK ADDS A VARIATION TO THE TRADITIONAL, BILATERAL, BARBELL-BASED VERSION OF THE MOVEMENT THAT CAN BE USED TO ENHANCE STABILITY AND COORDINATION.
