Abstract
The purpose of this study is determine how the organizational structure for instructional leadership might look if the responsibility becomes a shared function of the stakeholders in the educational process. A questionnaire was distributed to educators who are in building leadership positions to determine if changes in the design of the instructional leadership position have taken place since the demands and expectations on principals have become so diverse.
