Caroline Collins holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing and a doctoral degree in nineteenth-century American literature, both from the University of Arkansas. Her poems have appeared in a number of literary journals, including Calyx, Shenandoah, and Southern Poetry Review. Her collection of poetry, Presences, was published by Parallel Press, an imprint of the University of Wisconsin Press, in 2014. She currently teaches English composition, American literature, and creative writing at Gordon State College.
