Lucinda Watson’s book of nonfiction, How They Achieved, was published in 2001 by Wiley Publishing, and her short work has been published in The Griffin, Healing Muse, Inkwell, Louisville Review, The Magazine, The MacGuffin, Phantasmagoria, Poet Lore, and Stickman Review. Lucinda attended the Community of Writers at Squaw Valley Writers Workshop from 1995 to 2003 and has studied with Richard Blanco, Jane Cooper, Galway Kinnell, Sharon Olds, Grace Paley, and Kevin Pilkington. She received her masters degrees in writing from Manhattanville College and communications from the University of San Francisco, and she taught communications for fifteen years at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and is a certified Healing Touch practitioner.
