Joan Lange grew up in St. Louis and graduated from Webster University. She has been an educator and school librarian for 29 years. Currently the Director of Libraries at Annunciation Orthodox School in Houston, Texas, Joan is a co-sponsor of the school’s literary magazine, which has won several REALM awards from NCTE.
