Carol Park ranges from suburbs to wilderness. Six years in Japan altered this California girl forever She delights in hiking, gardening, mentoring, and reading. She also enjoys teaching ESL and volunteering in a jail. Her MFA comes from Seattle Pacific University. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in The Haight Ashbury Journal, Black Fox Literary, MiGoZine, The California Quarterly, Foreshadow, Words & Whispers, the Monterey Review, and the anthologies Making Marks in the Sand Viral; Verse: Poetry of the Pandemic, and New Contexts: 2, 3 and 4.
