Normal "Tweed" Webb (1905-1995) was a former Negro League ball player. After retiring from playing, he later wrote articles for the St. Louis Argus on the league, for 37 years. During this time, Webb created scrapbooks and collected scorebooks from the Negro League. He was considered a notable black baseball historian.

Webb's collection, housed in the Mary Ambler Archives at Lindenwood University (since 2021), consists of Tandy League materials. The Tandy League was a based in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Tweed Webb collection is not part of The Sporting News Collection, but is included here because it parallels similar topics.
