Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of professional development on employee feelings of inclusion. The researcher obtained data through pre-test, post-test, and individual interviews. Although many researchers have reviewed feelings of inclusion and professional development, the two concepts are rarely studied in conjunction. The results of this study suggest new professional development concepts and reiterate the importance of appreciating the individual in the workplace.
