Author Bio
Gia Mesz is a senior-year English major, a thirteen-year storywriter, and a constant daydreamer. Her writing is playful yet purposive, and has been described as "cheeky," though it often speaks to the intimate experiences of the spirit. Gia is also pursuing a certificate in Intercultural Fluency (which means she'll be relevant wherever she goes), and she speaks fluent French, as well as basic Spanish, German, and Norwegian. She recently finished her first novella, Bread of Adversity, a historical fiction piece set in WWII France. After LU, Gia would like to gain a Master's in Linguistics. She aspires to write stories all the years of her life, and then to quietly retire to the Scottish countryside to become part of the local folklore.
